Cloud storage design Use Case

The client is a US-based cloud storage solutions provider. The company develops self-contained storage systems with no moving parts and connectors for various environments which consist of high-performance computing platforms including software and in-system hardware acceleration for compression, parity RAID, and encryption, catering to cloud and server storage market segments. The storage server racks provided by the client present secure data storage and transfer for video and film production, geoscience, infrastructure and mapping applications, including more capable piloted and autonomous systems.

The client approached MosChip to design and develop hardware platforms both bench Proof of concept as well as Form factor driven designs (like 2U, 3U) by coordinating with premier eco-system partners of MosChip in accomplishing the complex assembly and testing tasks towards the realization of a first-time success High performance, High Storage Cloud storage application.
