Ms. Sri Lakshmi heads Semiconductor BU at MosChip Technologies and is responsible for Semiconductor Analog/Mixed-Signal IP, Turnkey ASICs, and Semiconductor Design Services.
Lakshmi has 30+ years of Semiconductor Industry experience and holds leadership and program management roles with multi-national companies like Cyient and Time-To-Market. Lakshmi started her career as a CAD and System Administration Engineer at ST Micro-Electronics and later worked for Philips(currently NXP) and S3 Graphics as a Design Automation Engineer before joining “Time To Market Inc.” that got acquired by Cyient. Lakshmi has been a hands-on engineer and managed engineering teams distributed across India and the USA.
Lakshmi brings broad knowledge working with both product and Design Services companies, with experience spread across multiple domains of chip design (Design, CAD, Emulation, Synthesis, DFT, PNR & Timing) and unique experience of managing teams distributed across the world.
While working for Cyient, Lakshmi played a key role in establishing a strategic relationship with IBM’s ASIC Group and executed very complex ASICs targeted towards Networking/Communication/AI products with CPUs and High-Speed SerDes integration.
Lakshmi joined MosChip in 2019 as an Associate Vice President and was promoted to Semiconductor BU head in Q1, 2024.
Lakshmi graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ with a Masters in Computer Science. Lakshmi also has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Nagarjuna University, A.P., India.
