Connecting the Customers-Connecting the World

Think about all the devices that you own? They are all connected to the internet. That goes not just for your phone, but for your tablet and your computer, as well as quite probably your television and your printer. That whole communication network is often referred to as the internet of things — simply a clever way of saying that all those “things” are connected to the internet.

What that interconnectedness means, however, is that you have much more visibility into and control over the things that matter to you. For example, you can easily monitor your home security and even adjust the temperature inside your home, thanks to the internet of things.  You can also connect your data; photos on your phone, for example, can easily be viewed on your computer. But how does the internet of things affect your customers and your business, and how can you use it to help?
