K. Pradeep Chandra

Chairman
Mr. K. Pradeep Chandra, IAS (R), was a former Chief Secretary of the State of Telangana. He is an alumnus of IIT, Madras, and IIM Kolkata. He holds a master’s degree in Management & Finance from Atkinson Graduate School of Management, Willamette University, USA, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration, Ethics, and Citizen Participation in Governance, University of Southern California, USA. Mr. K. Pradeep Chandra was selected to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1982, over 34 years experience in Government in various positions and functional areas:
  1. Chief Rationing Officer, Hyderabad
  2. Collector and District Magistrate, Vizag and Guntur Districts
  3. Director of Technical Education
  4. Secretary and later Special Chief Secretary, Finance Department
  5. Special Chief Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department
  6. Special Chief Secretary, Revenue Department
  7. Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana
Mr. K. Pradeep Chandra is the Author of the Telangana State Industrial Policy and wrote the internationally acclaimed TS-iPASS single window system, resulting – Telangana State is ranked No. 1 in the Government of India “Ease of Doing Business” Ranking.

Mr. Srinivasa Kakumanu, commonly known as “KS,” possesses an extensive professional background spanning over 28 years within the Semiconductor industry. His notable accomplishments include the co-founding of First Pass Semiconductors Pvt Ltd, a prominent VLSI design services organization established in December 2010. Throughout his illustrious career, KS has played a key role in leading numerous ASIC tape-outs across the Communication, Networking, Consumer, and Computing sectors.

Under KS’s leadership, First Pass experienced significant growth, evolving into a thriving organization boasting more than 210 employees by FY18. This remarkable journey culminated in the acquisition of First Pass by MosChip in July 2018, all while maintaining a profitable trajectory since inception. Following the acquisition, KS assumed the role of heading the Semiconductor Business Unit at MosChip, steering it to remarkable heights.

Before his tenure at First Pass, KS held the position of General Manager for the VLSI group at Cyient (formerly known as Infotech Enterprises) in India. His career also includes stints with notable organizations such as TTM Inc. in San Jose, US; TTM India (acquired by Infotech in September 2008) Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, India; Ikanos Communications in Fremont, US; QualCore Logic Ltd in India, and HAL in Hyderabad, among others.

KS maintains his commitment to professional education by actively teaching Digital Design and Physical Design at MosChip Institute of Silicon Systems Pvt Ltd, a training institute he co-founded, which was subsequently acquired by MosChip in July 2018. His international experience includes a seven-year tenure in the United States between 2000 and 2007, where he contributed to TTM Inc. and Ikanos Communications

He holds a B.E degree in E.C.E from the University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.

Mr. Damodar Rao Gummadapu has more than 25 years of global experience across various Fortune 500 companies including big 5 consulting companies including KPMG, Bearing Point, Deloitte, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer.

Mr. Damodar Rao Gummadapu is the co-founder of Techwave. He is a proven leader, entrepreneur, and instrumental in Techwave’s rapid growth. He has tremendous experience and vision for the role of technology solutions for business growth, optimization, and expansion. In his leadership, Techwave has not only grew in size but also expanded globally into Europe, Middle East, and APAC regions. is the driving force behind Techwave’s journey to the Present position. His foresight has been instrumental in the company’s exponential growth by venturing into global markets and diversifying into varied service domains.

Mr. Damodar Rao Gummadapu has served on the Board of MosChip Semiconductor Technology.  He is instrumental in many initiatives to put the Company on the fast-track growth trajectory that is witnessed in the recent past.

Mr. Damodar Rao Gummadapu follows the three principles of success as propounded by Jack Welch and that is to satisfy clients, engage employees and also maintain the cash flow.

Mr. Damodar Rao Gummadapu is a Commerce Graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant and Management & Cost Accountant. He has a great passion for Social Responsibility activities and has a long list of activities that is he is taking up, and one of them is to take IT to his own village.

Dr. Naveed Sherwani_Non-Executive Director

Dr. Naveed Sherwani has decades of experience in entrepreneurship, technical engineering, and general management. Dr. Sherwani currently serves as Chairman, President, and CEO of RapidSilicon, a leading FPGA company. In addition to serving on multiple boards and advisor to several companies.

Prior to this role, he served as chairman, president, and CEO of SiFive, a leader in RISC-V. He also serves as chairman of several companies, including StarFive and LeapFive. In addition, he served as chair, of RISC-V strategic alliances at RISC-V International. Dr. Sherwani started his first company when he was only 18 years old. He has founded and co-founded multiple companies.

Prior to joining SiFive, he founded PeerNova, a company focused on technology solutions Based on blockchain technology. Dr. Sherwani served as Chairman, President, and CEO of PeerNova.

Prior to PeerNova, Dr. Sherwani co-founded Open-Silicon, a leading provider of ASIC solutions. Under his leadership, Open-Silicon designed over 300 ASICs. Prior to OpenSilicon, as the founder and General Manager of Intel Microelectronics Services, he pioneered Open methodology for ASICs. He also founded Brite Semi, a leading ASIC solution provider in China/APAC.

He has served on the boards of various companies, including Touchstone Semiconductor, and Integration associates (sold to Silicon Labs). Dr. Sherwani worked at Intel for nearly a decade, where he co-architected the Intel microprocessor design methodology and design environment used in several microprocessors and received the prestigious Intel Achievement Award in 1997.

Dr. Sherwani is a noted author having authored several books and over 100 articles on various aspects of VLSI Physical Design Automation and ASICs. Dr. Sherwani served as a Professor at Western Michigan University, where his research focused on ASICs, EDA, Combinatorics, graph algorithms, and parallel computing. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

D. G. Prasad

Independent Director​

Mr. D.G. Prasad is a qualified Chartered Accountant and had been a Career Banker for over 33 years. He started his Banking career with Canara Bank and moved over to Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) in its formative stage. While being with Exim Bank, as a Chief General Manager, he was the Head of Corporate Banking, Agri-Business, and SME Business Groups. He holds considerable expertise in trade finance, international finance, merchant banking, corporate strategies, mergers and acquisitions, loan syndications, international negotiations, and co-financing with Multilateral Funded Agencies. He served as a member of Industry and Trade Bodies at the national level. He served as a Consultant with African Development Bank for the Design and Implementation of a Business Solution Centre for SMEs. He has been a guest faculty at Business Schools on International Finance and International  Marketing. Mr. D G Prasad is at a present a Corporate Advisor and a practicing Chartered Accountant.

Mr. D. G. Prasad is also an Independent Director on the Boards of Natco Pharma Limited, Suven Life Sciences Limited, and Gokak Textiles Limited.

Madhurika Nalluri Venkat_Independent Director

Mrs. Madhurika Nalluri Venkat is presently serving as a Board member in Magica Sports Ventures Private Limited, Magnum Sports Private Limited and Lakshmi Finance and Industrial Corporation Limited.

Madhurika started her career as a Probationary Officer in Andhra Bank and went on to become an Assistant General Manager. During the 29 years of her professional career, she worked in diverse roles and has experience in Retail Operations, Corporate Lending, Legal and Human Resources.

Subsequently, she was associated with Mylan Labs for 8 years as Head –HR and Corporate Communications and for 3 years at MAA Television Network Limited.

She holds a Law Degree from Nagarjuna University with distinction.

Her hobbies include listening to music and reading management-related books.

Mr. G. Pranav Reddy is an entrepreneur with interests in Infrastructure, Hospitality and Private Equity. His infrastructure company, GSR Projects is building the Mallanasagar Reservoir which is part of the prestigious Kaleshwaram Project (TS). As the co-founder of Mudhra Ventures, a boutique investment firm, he plays a pivotal role in RAPS, an aerospace and defense company specializing in the production of composites for DRDO and ISRO.

Pranav has graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington, US with a Bachelors in Finance and Business Management.

Mr. Vinayendra Parvathaneni completed his MS in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA and BSc (Hons) in Management from the University of Manchester, UK. He has over 10 years’ experience in the Marine, Shipping and Logistics Business, having worked with large global companies in Singapore, USA and India. In 2023, he was also elected to be the youngest Vice President of the International Force Group.
