Marketing Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to drive our lead generation efforts and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in executing successful lead generation strategies across various channels yielding sales qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Familiarizing with all products and services offered by our company.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to engage prospective customers yielding to sales qualified leads.
- Identify target audiences & procure new leads via cold calling, In-mail, personalized email campaign on data base, direct contact, etc.
- Utilize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to drive lead generation initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and lead data to measure success, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment on lead generation efforts and optimize lead handoff processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
(ECE/CSE/IT engineering background as bachelor’s will be preferrable for Master’s candidate)
- marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a related role.
- 1-2 years of past experience into business development/inside sales for technical services industry will be a value add.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
